Dentist
Dawn Yuen Harvey, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Harvey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She received her dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, IL and earned a Masters of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Harvey is on staff at St John Hospital, and Children's Hospital of Michigan, where she is a clinical instructor for the Pediatric Dental Residency.
She established Toothworks in 1994, as the premier pediatric practice of Grosse Pointe. Toothworks is a state of the art dental office designed with children's comfort in mind. Our bright, cheerful surroundings help children feel at ease.
Dr. Harvey enjoys spending time with her husband, her three kids, and her dog, Skye. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, running and cooking.

Rachel Zurek, D.D.S.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Grosse Pointe and received her undergraduate and dental degree at the University of Michigan.
Following dental school, she moved to Chicago to complete a residency program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, focusing on advanced general dentistry and caring for patients with special health care needs.
She then went on to work as a general dentist, providing care for at risk and underserved communities in Chicago. Afterwards, Dr. Rachel completed a two-year residency program specializing in pediatrics at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
Dr. Rachel is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. Dr. Rachel enjoys biking, exploring Detroit, yoga, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Ashley Abraham Chacko, D.M.D.
Dr. Ashley Abraham Chacko grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and attended the University of Delaware for her undergraduate degree in Spanish Language. She completed her DMD at the University of Pennsylvania and her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia/University of Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident.
During her residency, she cared for a wide range of patients including those underserved, with medically complex conditions, and with special healthcare needs, and developed a passion for serving these populations. Dr. Ashley is committed to tailoring dental visits to each child's needs and personality, with the goal of helping each patient develop lifelong positive attitudes toward oral health and coming to the dentist.
When she is not counting teeth, you can find Dr. Ashley exploring her new home with her husband Chris, spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking and baking, and cheering on Philadelphia pro sports teams. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Ranya Al-Hadidi, D.D.S, M.S
Dr. Ranya Al-Hadidi grew up in West Bloomfield, MI and attended The University of Detroit Mercy, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology and graduated with high honors. She then attended The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she obtained her doctor of dental surgery.
As a dental student, she was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and was awarded the clinical pediatric dentistry award. Following dental school, Dr. Ranya completed a supplemental two and half years of training and received her certificate and Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, with her thesis on "The Effectiveness of Silver Diamine Fluoride as a Treatment for Caries in Comparison to Traditional Restorative Techniques: A 12 Month Randomized Controlled Trial".
Dr. Ranya is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Ranya enjoys spending time with her friends and family including her husband Bashir and daughter Eleen, traveling, painting, and playing basketball.

Carla de Sa, B.D.S, M.S.c.(D.P.H.), M.S
Dr. Carla N. de Sa graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from the A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore (India) in 2009. She pursued further education at the University College London (United Kingdom), where she received a Master's degree in Dental Public Health and Epidemiology and graduated with a distinction in 2011.
In 2019, Dr. Carla graduated with a second Master's degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). She is a dual-trained specialist in Dental Public Health and Pediatric Dentistry with research interests in pediatric malnutrition, growth, and development.
She has worked in private practice and community-based programs in India, the National Health Service (NHS) UK, and in Michigan. She is currently an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Ann Arbor, teaching Pediatric Dentistry to undergraduate and graduate students.
Dr. Carla is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, she loves to listen to music, read, cook, and spend time with her husband, Andre, and fur baby, Leo.

Donya Dabiri, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Donya Dabiri attended Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, Canada where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences.
She then moved to Detroit and completed her dental education at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
Following dental school, Dr. Dabiri completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Toledo Medical Center, receiving her certificate and Master of Science degree with her thesis on "Assessment of Two Different Instrumentation Techniques in Success of Pulpotomy of Primary Molar.”
Dr. Dabiri is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling and exploring new cities and cuisines, playing board games, and biking around Belle Isle.

Nimrat Malhi, D.M.D., M.S.
Dr. Nimrat Malhi attended Vanderbilt University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health, and Society (MHS) and Neuroscience. She then returned to her home state and completed her DMD at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Following dental school, Dr. Malhi completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan, receiving her certificate and Master of Science degree with her thesis on "Silver Diamine Fluoride and Progression of Incipient Approximal Caries in Permanent Teeth – A Retrospective Study.”
Dr. Malhi is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Michigan Dental Association.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, exploring Michigan, playing boardgames, and photography.
